Adult ER or urgent cares struggle with pediatrics care.

Over 80% of children are seen by non-pediatric trained ER doctors, on first contact with ERs. There is a medical gap as well as comfort in adult ER training, that we need to directly address. Non-pediatric providers often don't have proper equipment or protocols in place to deal with sick children.
